Our projects have continued to be recognised and showcased in a number of awards over the past year highlighting the diverse range of skills and expertise we have. Most recently Colville Estate in Hackney won ‘Best Borough Led Project’ at the London Planning Awards.
Kings Crescent Estate in Hackney has recently been shortlisted in the ‘Resident and Training Award’ at this year’s UK Housing Award. This development has seen us deliver the first two phases of 273 new and 101 refurbished homes, of which 50% were affordable housing for Hackney Council. On top of this recent shortlist announcement the development has also won nine other awards including; ‘Best Regeneration Project’ at National Housing Awards, RIBA National and RIBA London Awards, Mayor of London Mayor’s Prize, TPAS Southern Award for ‘Excellence in Employment, Skills and Training’ and ‘Housing Project of the Year’ and ‘Editors Choice Award’ at Architects Journal Awards. In addition, it has been shortlisted in 10 other industry awards.
Bourne Estate in Camden has achieved ‘Overall winner’ and ‘NHS 70 Winner’ at The Housing Design Awards as well as ‘Housing Category Award winner’ at New London Architecture Awards while Bow River Village in Tower Hamlets has won ‘Best Large Development’ at the National Housing Awards and St Bernard’s Gate in Ealing won Frist Time Buyer Readers Awards ‘Best Large Development’.
