Higgins Construction plc. has been appointed to two major frameworks, The London Construction Programme’s Major Works Framework for projects over £5 million and The Hyde Group Main Contractor Framework.

Higgins Construction is one of 25 contractors to win a place on the London wide £4 billion major works framework as part of The London Construction Programme which was run by Haringay Council on behalf of all 33 London boroughs, covering public sector projects including housing and education schemes.

Paul Cooke, New Business Director for Higgins Construction comments, “we are delighted to be successful on all nine of the £5 million plus package lots which are available to all London Councils as part of the London Construction Programme. The Hyde Framework is also an extremely important appointment for us as we have a successful track record of working efficiently with Housing Associations to meet their commercial and social goals.”

Higgins Construction is part of the Hyde framework, which will allow the Hyde Group to effectively rationalise and improve their procurement process. It also allows Higgins Construction to buy into the process and use the Hyde framework to achieve OJEU compliance, and help streamline their own procurement processes.
