Work is now complete on Grove Farm, an exciting new residential development of 112 affordable homes in Chadwell Heath, Redbridge.
The development brings new housing and mental health support to the area and was officially launched by Cllr Felicity Banks, Mayor of Redbridge . Built by Higgins Construction, Grove Farm is made up of one and two bedroom apartments plus three and four bedroom houses. It also includes a supported living scheme of eight apartments and benefits from communal outdoor space and onsite community facilities such as a nursery for young children and babies.
“The Mayor is investing billions to increase the number of homes being built for working Londoners while boosting the capital’s economy. Developments like Grove Farm show just how successful this can be, providing the Redbridge area with new good quality and affordable family homes as well as supported housing for those with mental health needs, and creating jobs and apprenticeships for local people.”
