Dormers Court is located at the western end of Thomas Road adjacent to the Limehouse Cut. The site forms part of the s106 off-site affordable housing provision for the nearby Dollar Bay development.
Located in an area of large scale residential regeneration, the development is well served by local amenities within Canary Wharf. The site also has close links to the City via the Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines at Mile End station.
