The Silwood 4B project was the final phase of the Silwood Estate regeneration programme which has been ongoing since 2001 and in which Higgins Construction has been involved either as contractor and/or developer since it began.

The 127 residential units included 87 private units and 40 affordable, mixed tenure units delivered across four blocks ranging from three to eight storeys in height. The unit mix comprised one, two, three and four bed units; predominantly flats but also including six houses. The affordable units are being sold to Notting Hill Housing Association who have also acquired one private unit.
