The demolition of the existing estate and phased construction of 158 dwellings, comprising 94 flats, 62 houses, one bungalow and one maisonette.
The new units are a mix of rental, shared ownership and private sale, with a number of units being provided for leaseholder reprovision.
All of the units will be constructed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes 'Level 4'.
Higgins Construction was actively involved with Catalyst Housing Group in supporting them to succeed with the stock transfer ballot from the London Borough of Harrow, which allowed the scheme to proceed. Higgins Construction also managed the process of achieving detailed planning permission for the scheme.
The scheme is being delivered in three phases, allowing for decants and demolition in accordance with an agreed programme and master plan.
