The demolition of the existing building and the complete design and construction of 27 high-specification apartments in a five-storey block.
The project transformed a derelict site into 27 stylish apartments, of which 17 were for affordable rent and 10 for shared ownership for first time buyers.
The project was constructed in sympathy with the surrounding area and the architecture of the building reflects this. Wider environmental concerns have been considered on this project, including features such as solar panels designed to produce renewable energy for heating and water. Passive design elements promote reduced energy demand.
