The construction of 157 apartments, comprising 105 private and 52 affordable units, and 868m² of commercial floorspace in six-storey and 12-storey blocks on a brownfield site overlooking the Limehouse Cut canal.
The scheme included a semi-basement car park, canal side walkway, landscaped communal gardens and private gardens. The project sales strategy included successful off-plan promotion in the Far East.
All of the units were constructed to the Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design standards, and the affordable units achieved Code for Sustainable Homes 'Level 3'.
