Demolition of the existing buildings and design and construction of 42 residential units in a part two / part three-storey development with a lower ground level. The design is divided into two sections that are linked together to form a unified entity that respects and enhances the surrounding area.
The demolition of the existing buildings, including site remediation works with design and construction of 42 units, which include 36 apartments and 6 town houses.
The unit mix will consist of 1,2 and 3 bed flats as well as family town house units. All units are to be designed to comply with Lifetime Homes and the Mayor’s London Housing Design Guide standards. 10% of the units are to be fully wheelchair accessible and designed to the Wheelchair Housing Design Guide.
