The site is located on a parcel of land adjacent to Edgware Road and Geron Way in Cricklewood, North West London which is a brown field site. The mixed tenure development comprises 49 general needs rented tenure apartments, 13 shared ownership tenure apartments, 168 private tenure apartments along with 6 number new build commercial units, a basement complete with car parking, cycle storage and commercial storage spaces etc. External works includes hard and soft landscaping, vehicular and pedestrian access routes, provision of cycle storage, car parking and associated infrastructure.
