The project is to provide a signifi cant building that has a ‘civic’ presence. The aim of the design is to integrate the 455m² library as a unifi ed piece to create a larger impact on the street frontage on Camden Road. The design has been developed in close consultation with the local residents and Islington Planning Department.

The tenure mix for the residential units includes 18 private sale and 16 social rented. All homes will be constructed to Code for Sustainable Level Homes ‘Level 4’.
