The tenure mix for the development is 15 shared ownership units and 37 private sale, all to be delivered to a high specification. Parking is limited to two disabled parking spaces as there is a local car club available within the area, which residents will have access to. There is a landscaped area to the rear with a small play area with ample cycle parking. 

There is a plant room with CHP (Combined Heat & Power) to feed heating and hot water to each flat, photovoltaic panels on the roof, with a brown and green roof. The project will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes 'Level 4'.

Prior to the construction site commencing, the site was based on the former petrol garage.
