Education
The delivery of education projects across the full spectrum of learning establishments has always been a core element of our business strategy. This has included both new build and refurbishment programmes under a variety of differing procurement routes and contract forms.
In the last 5 years, we have delivered over 30 schemes including pre-school, primary, secondary, adult learning, further education and special needs, as well as Education Keyworker and Student accommodation.
These projects have ranged from stand alone new projects, to extensions to existing facilities, where we have placed high importance on working alongside the existing education facilities and addressing health and safety, minimising disruption, information, live working environments and involvement with National Curriculum and other training initiatives.
Our approach ensures that the construction project becomes part of the learning experience for children and young people, particularly when extending existing facilities. We deliver a value added service focusing on consultation with staff, students, parents and governors.
We believe that our experience and skill sets are well placed to meet the focus on 21st century education.
