You can be assured that our health and safety policy meets the highest national standards set by Health & Safety Executive. (Our performance is also measured by the Housing Forum and Building Research Establishment (BRE)). We continue to keep ahead of the industry average and all members of staff undergo regular health & safety courses to maintain these high standards.
Our commitment to health and safety with the communities is second to none. Our resident liaison teams work closely with local police, schools, colleges and residents to ensure that our projects don’t present a risk to their health and safety.
