PARTNERING - EXPERIENCE

Our first partnering procured project, the refurbishment, remodeling and extension of Bentham Court, Islington N1, was undertaken in 1999.

We have now been involved in 82 partnered contracts, both strategic and project specific.

These contracts have ranged from a £500k street property refurbishment scheme through to a £40 million plus comprehensive estate regeneration programme.

Lessons learnt from our partnering experience have also been reinvested in traditional workload with the introduction of collaborative working and pre-commencement planning workshops on selected projects.

The success of our partnering approach has been recognised by the award of Housing Forum Demonstration Project Status on six projects.
