At Higgins, we understand that our long-term business success depends on building strong, healthy partnerships with our customers, suppliers and communities.
We take these partnerships seriously and have recently developed a series of charters, programmes and schemes to pave the way for working best-practice.
Our Neighbourhood and Resident Charters ensure that residents and neighbours are kept informed on every project we’re involved with. We adopt an open door policy and welcome regular reviews and feedback. Newsletters, surgeries and letters are just some of the communication channels we use.
And our commitment to CSR doesn’t stop with our customers. Moving all the way along the supply chain, we have recently developed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers that outline our fair contracts and payment commitments.
