The teams are specially trained to proactively encourage interest from residents in the work involved, which of course benefits from the support of the leading architects, building contractors, decorators, fittings firms and manufacturers with whom we closely work. If we can also show residents how options have worked on other estates, we will take them to see those results for themselves.

We can also set up special consultation surgeries and team meetings in support of this work throughout different stages of projects.

This consultation work provides useful feedback from which we can develop standards across the different phases of larger multi-stage projects. Therefore, by consulting as early as possible on a project, and continuing this vital process beyond completion, resident consultation is an integral aspect of Higgins' extensive quality control procedures.
