Innovation remains at the heart of our business and nothing demonstrates this more than our Research and Development programme.
As well as working closely with the BRE to showcase best practice we have created an in-house Higgins R&D team. With qualified code assessors, engineering coordinators and a chartered environmentalist, the team’s remit is to pioneer new technologies that will shape the future of our business – and the industry- in years to come.
One of our latest innovations involves our supply chain as we look to promote new technologies and construction systems. We’re constantly looking to source new supply chain members who share our passion for delivering renewable strategies. A good example is the Benwell Court project, where we worked with Abbey Pinford Pilling to showcase a new system.
