Our commitment to working with residents is demonstrated by our dedicated
Resident Liaison and Community Development Team.
Originally developed to work with residents on occupied refurbishment projects the team
now also uses their expertise on large scale mixed tenure projects.
Resident Communication
Key to successful integration of new development into a new
community is a robust communication strategy. From over 40 years
of experience in community construction our communication
strategy includes:-
- 24 hour access to an RLO
- Newsletter and letter drops
- Resident and Neighbourhood charters
- Meet the team events
- Published complaints procedure
- Award winning resident choice processes

A “Moving -in-Mate” is a uniformed multi-skilled person on hand when
residents move in to assist by:
- Fully explaining the handover procedure and brochure
- Demonstrating the operation of all services
- Demostrating the working of all catches and fixings
- Assisting in connecting new washing machines, cookers and other white appliances
- Identifying and informing other departments of any concers of the residents
