HIGGINS APPROACH TO OUR FUTURE
Higgins is focused on developing our people to enable our Clients to
meet the modern agenda in an evolving Housing environment.
Higgins have developed three
distinct Staff and Management
training programmes to achieve this.
1. Exemplar Programme
This is an eighteen month, eight
module, externally facilitated
leadership programme which has
an annual intake of twelve staff.
The goal is to develop modern
construction professionals and
future Higgins Group leaders
who are capable of leading in changing times.
2. Developer
Programme
This is a fast track programme
for junior site staff to develop
them as project managers
where they are mentored by
experienced members of staff
over a twelve month period.
We currently have eighteen
members of staff on this
programme.
